Store Credit Policy

Orders:

Orders may be placed online at www.colettejewelry.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by a sales representative. Most items will ship immediately, provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 4-5 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

 Store Credit :

Our policy for store credits lasts 3 days from the time of arrival. Arrival is determined based on when the package is delivered to your shipping address as shown on the shipment receipt. Unfortunately, If Colette Jewelry has not been contacted within 3 days with the required information we can not issue a store credit.

To complete your store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your item will be inspected upon arrival. Please email info@colettejewelry.com with order number, picture of piece and explanation of issue with item. Do not ship without first speaking with a representative from Colette Jewelry as they will provide you with a return authorization number. Colette Jewelry is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged and a store credit or exchange will not be issued in the case that you ship without the proper instructions from a Colette Jewelry representative.

Custom pieces outside of the alternatives offered online (ring size, ear side, color) are non-exchangeable due to the custom work completed per client request and are considered a final sale. Colette Jewelry doesn't accept returns.
